Goldfrapp are the Duo of Allison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory. They came together through a tape of Alison that had been given to Will by a friend. that was the beginning of a "tape-friendship" : Alison sent him tapes with her songs and music she liked, Will sent her tapes of Ennio Morricone, Shifrin or Nyman and they noticed that they had very much in common their love for Italian 60's soundtrack composers and their common love for beautiful peaceful landscapes and mountains- so they decided to work together, combining their talents, skills and long experience in the music business.
